2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• One account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified, except through the cashout option where approved by ace37.
• If a bet is accepted before the odds change, it will be settled at the original odds.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a disconnection occurs during live betting, the bet will be settled based on the last recorded state on ace37's servers.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Ace37 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ace37's bonus and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries specific rollover requirements, which will be detailed in the bonus description.
• Duration: Bonuses not used within the specified period from the date of issue will be automatically cancelled.
• One time only: Each welcome bonus applies once per person, household, or device.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false or inaccurate information to claim a withdrawal.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Ace37 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• When suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• When the user submits a self-exclusion request.

Prior to closing an account, ace37 will generally notify the user and provide an opportunity to present evidence. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ace37 accepts no liability for the following:

• Missed bets due to internet connection failure.
